Keratin treatments are among the most sought-after methods for smoothing hair. This blog will clarify the distinctions between Keratin Smoothing, Nanoplasty, and Hair Botox.
1. Hair Botox: This treatment is ideal for chemically treated or damaged hair, offering deep conditioning, frizz reduction, hydration, and strengthening without straightening the hair. The result is smoother and shinier hair. Hair Botox lasts about 4-6 weeks. Unlike regular keratin treatments, Hair Botox is non-chemical and primarily serves as a conditioning treatment to rejuvenate and repair dry, damaged hair while adding volume. It is also more cost-effective than Keratin Smoothing and Nanoplasty.
2. Keratin Smoothing: This treatment works by adding keratin to the outer layer of the hair, which helps reduce frizz and enhance shine for up to three months. It has zero downtime and saves styling time, making it a desirable option for those seeking immediate frizz control and improved manageability. The treatment gives a glossy finish and requires periodic maintenance. Our Keratin Smoothing does not contain formaldehyde.
3. Nanoplasty: A sophisticated hair repair treatment that employs a combination of acids and nanotechnology to smooth and repair hair while restructuring internal hair bonds. It provides long-lasting smoothing and deep hydration, suitable for all hair types. Results can last between 4 to 6 months, making it a perfect choice for those preferring less frequent salon visits. Although it is the most costly option among the three treatments, its longevity and effectiveness justify the expense.
Keratin Straightening: We do not provide this service as it alters the hair’s structure, resulting in a line of regrowth. In contrast, the above three treatments do not alter the hair structure, thereby avoiding a regrowth line.
