TRANQUILE SALON PRICING LIST All prices effective January 2023 and subject to change without notice – please see in-salon for a complete quote.
  1. Prices on our website, phone bookings and On-line Booking service are an estimate only. A quote will be given once you have a consultation.
  2. All promotions on social media are not for color correction services.
  3. All Hair Extension services prices are after consultation and deposit payment.
  4. All Smoothing Keratin Services price are after consultation and deposit payment.

TRANQUILE SALON POLICIES Our goal at Tranquile Salon is to provide quality service in a timely manner. Due to high rate of No-show customers we have decided to take deposits for all new client bookings . In order to do this, we have implemented the following policies. ALL NEW CUSTOMERS As of January 2023, All new guests will require to pay a deposit to confirm their appointment. The deposit can be made over the phone at time of booking, and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. For all appointments less than one hour a deposit of $25.00 is required to secure your appointment. For all appointments 2 hrs or more or for colour services, a $60.00 deposit  is required to secure your appointment. Appointment Times You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking. Reminder Service We offer an SMS reminder service that is sent to you 24 hrs. prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm ‘Y’ for Yes or call us to schedule a new appointment. Tranquile Salon reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. ‘No shows’ will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments. Cancellation Policy We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in us requesting a deposit for your next appointment and for all new customers, will result in losing your deposit. Saturday Appointments require 48 hours’ notice. If you are having Hair extensions we ask for 1 weeks’ notice. If this notice is not given you will lose your deposit as we will have ordered your personal choice of hair. NO SHOW inconveniences the salon CANCELATION POLICY FOR ON- LINE BOOKINGS & NEW SALON  CUSTOMERS
  1. For all appointments less than one hour a NON- REFUNDABLE deposit of $25.00 is required to secure your appointment
    2.  For all appointments 2 hrs. or more or for color services, a 40%  NON-RFUNDABLE deposit of the cost of service is required to secure your appointment. Late cancellations and NO- SHOWS will result in losing your deposit. GIFT VOUCHERS
  1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue and are not redeemable after this time.
  2. Expired vouchers are not redeemable and voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
  3. Gift Vouches must be used in one transaction.
  4. Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
  5. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  6. If purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. Must be redeemed within the validity period.
Tranquile Salon does not accept any responsibility for lost or gift cards.  HOW DO I PAY MY DEPOSIT? Once you have booked your On-line Appointment, kindly pay deposit by clicking on pay deposit which will take you to “Pay-pay” and pay your desposit  or call the salon with your Credit Card Details. This deposit is then taken off your full service total on the day of your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment the deposit will be transfered to your next appointment. Thank you for your consideration. Responsibility for Children & Personal Items. We request for the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children are always accompanied by adults, and carefully monitored within our salon. Even though we take as much care as possible, please note that personal items are the responsibility of the client. The personal information that you provide to Tranquile Salon will only be used to send you information regarding our products and services. Tranquile Salon may also use your personal information for the purpose of direct marketing. We may only use your personal information or data for the purpose of direct marketing in relation to promotional activities where it is impractical for us to obtain your prior express consent. However, when Tranquile Salon does this, we will provide an express opportunity when we first contact you to decline to receive any further marketing communications from Tranquile Salon, via an opt-out mechanism. OTHERS Tranquile Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, eftpos and Cash only ( We do NOT accept Cheques, AMMEX Cards) **Discounts at Salon discretion.
