TRANQUILE SALON PRICING LIST
All prices effective June 2021 and subject to change without notice.
Our Pricing reflects the education & training we invest in our craft and the time we take in the service we offer you.
Prices may vary due to length, thickness and individual requirement, to provide an accurate quote for the services you need to book in a FREE Consultation to discuss your customised needs.
Your hair service includes Free Consultation, shampoo, head and scalp massage.

TRANQUILE SALON POLICIES
Our goal at Tranquile Salon is to provide quality service in a timely manner. In order to do this we have implemented the following policies.
Appointment Times
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.
Reminder Service
We offer an SMS reminder that is sent to you 24 hrs prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm ‘Y’ for Yes or ring to reschedule new appointment.
Tranquile Salon reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. ‘No shows’ will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. To best utilise appointment times for all clients we need at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in us requesting a deposit for your next appointment.
NO SHOW inconveniences the salon
CANCELATION POLICY FOR ON- LINE BOOKINGS & NEW SALON CUSTOMERS
A $25.95 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your on-line booking.
Late cancellations and NO- SHOWS will result in losing your deposit.
GIFT VOUCHERS
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue and are not redeemable after this time.
- Expired vouchers are not redeemable and voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
- Gift Vouches must be used in one transaction.
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- If purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. Must be redeemed within the validity period.
Tranquile Salon does not accept any responsibility for lost or gift cards.
HOW DO I PAY MY DEPOSIT?
Once you have booked your On-line Appointment, kindly pay deposit by clicking on pay deposit which will take you to “Pay-pay” and pay your desposit .
This deposit is then taken off your full service total on the day of your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment the deposit will be transfered to your next appointment.

WORK SAFE – Responsibility for Children in our Salon
To comply with our Work Safe standards ALL children under high school age are required to be personally supervised by an appropriate adult who is not booked in for a service. Our staff members are hairdressers and can not be in-charge of children.
We request for the comfort of all our clients that children should be monitored at all times.
REPONSIBILITY OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Even though we take as much care as possible, please note that personal items are the responsibility of the client.

When you provide Tranquile Salon with personal information, it will be held in strict confidence. The information collected is necessary to serve you with products and services. Other types of information are collected to help us profile who is using our services and what their interests are. Tranquile Salon does not collect sensitive information about you. If we do need to collect sensitive information about you we will only do so with your consent.

The personal information that you provide to Tranquile Salon will only be used to send you information regarding our products and services.

However, when Tranquile Salon does this, we will provide an express opportunity when we first contact you to decline to receive any further marketing communications from Tranquile Salon, via an opt-out mechanism.
